SHOP HOURS:
- Our studio hours are 9am - 5pm (EST) Monday - Friday
- We are out of office weekends and holidays. If you message us outside of studio hours make sure to read the full item description which is full of details that might answer any questions you have. We will get back to you once we are back in office.

SHIPPING UPDATE:
- USPS is experiencing delays at this time. As stated on their website: "USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19.
- If you need your order by a certain date, please message us so we can discuss shipping options. We cannot issue refunds in the event of delayed shipping so if you need your order by a certain date, again please message us prior to purchasing and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
- If your order states that it has been "delivered" unfortunately we cannot reship or refund your order. Again, our main goal is for all our customers are satisfied so please message us so we can offer a resolution!

- Once your order leaves our house we have no control over it. We can only rely on the tracking info that is provided from the USPS through Etsy.
- If your order has taken longer than 2 weeks to be delivered once shipped please message us so we can offer a resolution!

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, but our main goal is to make sure you love your purchase! Please message us immediately upon delivery of your purchase if there is an issue.
